Established in 1989 after the Coronation Hotel was condemned and demolished on the site, the Junction City Hotel features a large verandah, extensive outdoor areas with seating and an outside bar for functions.
There are 16 cabins arranged around a grassy central yard and shared facilities with key-only access, with powered sites and plenty of room to camp. The pub is open seven days a week, serves lunch five days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) and dinner every night of the week. Sunday night is pizza night – which is not to be missed.
A major attraction nearby is the renovated bore bath facility just out of town. Burren Junction is a popular spot for caravaners to spend a few nights or even a few weeks, and the Junction City Hotel is a great place to grab a meal and a drink while you’re there.
The Junction City Hotel is a Pub Stop along these adjoining Pub Routes. Discover more routes and pub history.
